Our Adult Sunday School Classes

The Aldersgate Class

Aldersgate Class meets in Legacy Hall. Class members gather at 10:00 to share concerns and praises and pray together. The lesson time is 10:10 to 11:00. There is a team of teachers with different teaching styles incorporating lecture and videos. Discussion is always encouraged! Lessons are Biblically based and include Old and New Testament scriptures as well as topical studies such as prayer, the Holy Spirit, or how we got the Bible. Class members include both married couples and singles. Most are approaching or have reached retirement but are still seeking to grow in maturity as followers of Christ. Visit the Aldersgate class to have your "heart strangely warmed" in a welcoming fellowship of believers.

The "Sojourners"

Sojourners meet in the Legacy Hall. Teachers rotate, but Kristi Martin serves as coordinator. The Sojourners are a group that includes all ages, both married and single. Many of the Sojourners have older school-aged children or are new empty nesters. This class enjoys investing considerable energy into supporting the youth ministries of our church. The study format offers group discussion as the main source of learning. As Sojourners, we are constantly seeking new ways to know Christ, be guided by His Holy Spirit, and experience His love. All are welcome to join us in this search.
